Interpretation

- Company: When this policy mentions "Company', 'we’, 'us', or 'our’, it refers to KMZee, that is responsible for your information under this Privacy Policy.
- Country: Where KMZee or the owners or founders of KMZee are based, in this case is India, Saudi Arabia & United Kingdom.
- User: Refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the KMZee Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
- Device: Any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit the Platform.
- Service: Refers to the service provided by KMZee as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.
- Business days: Refers to working days of KMZee from Monday to Thursday, excluding the days declared by KMZee as holidays.
General
We fulfill all Our shipments through Our shipping partner, Pickrr, who is an aggregator with multiple shipping companies that allow Us to provide You the best suitable option for fast and reliable delivery. Our integrated platform provides a seamless delivery process anywhere in the Country with a valid pin code that can easily be tracked on Our Platform and also via tracking link from Pickrr. We value Our Users and provide them with the best market price based on the volume and weight of the shipment. Timeline
Our shipping partner Pickrr ensures a fast and effective delivery of Your Order within 1-5 business days depending on the pincode of your address. Any Order placed by You through any Device before 11AM is usually scheduled for the same day pickup.
We or Our shipping partner is not liable to any shipment delay caused due to non-availability of the User or an Address or Contact Issue. In such cases, a maximum of 3 delivery attempts shall be made before we approve our shipping partner to return the shipment to our warehouse and the User agrees to be liable for any additional costs that may apply for any further attempts of delivery.
Escalation
You agree and acknowledge that any claims regarding order delivery (including non-receipt/ non- delivery of order or signature verification) shall be notified to Us within 48hrs from the alleged date and time of delivery of the product reflecting on the Platform. Non notification by You of non-receipt or non-delivery within the time period specified shall be construed as a deemed delivery in respect of that transaction. KMZee disclaims any liability or responsibility for claims regarding non-delivery, non-receipt of order (including signature verification in Proof of delivery) after 48hrs from the alleged date and time of the delivery of the product reflecting on the Platform.
In case of any shipment damage or product damage or wrong shipment delivery, User agrees to provide, within 24hrs of the date and time of delivery, a video and image of the shipment package in original and intact condition, and also of the unpacking of shipment with clear visibility of Our invoice inside the shipment packaging box. Neither We nor Our shipping partner is liable for any damage caused due to misuse or wrong unpacking of the shipment package by the User.
Any such User escalation shall take 7-10 business days to be resolved, during which the User can anytime reach out to Us through any of Our support channels.
