Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Interpretation

• Cookie: Small amount of data generated by a website and saved by your web browser. It is used to identify your browser, provide analytics, remember information about you such as your language preference or login information.
• Company: When this policy mentions "Company', 'we’, 'us', or 'our’, it refers to KMZee, that is responsible for your information under this Privacy Policy.
• Country: Where KMZee or the owners or founders of KMZee are based, in this case is India, Saudi Arabia & United Kingdom.
• Customer: Refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the KMZee Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
• Device: Any internet connected device such as a phone. tablet. computer or any other device that can be used to visit KMZee and use the services.
• IP address: Every device connected to the Internet is assigned a number known as an Internet protocol (IP) address. These numbers are usually assigned in geographic blocks. An IP address can often be used to identify the location from which a device is connecting to the Internet.
• Personnel: Refers to those individuals who are employed by KMZee or are under contract to perform a service on behalf of one of the parties.
• Personal Data: Any information that directly, indirectly, or in connection with other information — including a personal identification number — allows for the identification or identifiability of a natural person.
• Service: Refers to the service provided by KMZee as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.
• Third-party service: Refers to advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide our content or whose products or services we think may interest you.
• Website: KMZee's site, which can be accessed via this URL: www.kmzee.online.
• You: A person or entity that is registered with KMZee to use the Services.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Return and Exchange Policy gives you an option on our Website & Mobile Application to return or exchange products purchased on KMZee for any reason only within 7 days from the receiving of the product. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition. Below shall apply as per your choice on return of the product to us:

• Free Return within 24hrs of receiving the product.
• Regular Delivery Fees after 24hrs of receiving the product and up to 7 days only

Our return or exchange pickup shall be scheduled within 1-3 days upon receiving your request. During pick up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check while pick up or after receiving, we shall ship it back to you without any refund. All exchanges, be it for a mismatch of size or receipt of a defective product, are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being in the same city as your initial order of the product. Please note that we offer you an option to exchange products purchased by you on KMZee only for the same or different sizes / colors of the same style within the specified exchange period subject to your address being in the same city as your initial order of the product.

Any incremental difference in the final purchase amount while exchanging the product shall be paid by you while placing the exchange request, whereas any decremental difference would be credited to your KMZee Wallet as Credits. Any Order Discounts applicable on the initial order of the product shall be reversed in proportion to the value of the item requested for return or exchange. Any applicable refund after completing a successful quality check of the product shall be triggered within 7-10 days of the receiving of the return or the exchange product.

KMZee shall reserve the right to restrict exchange of the products purchased on KMZee if you in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in KMZee's sole discretion. In case you have purchased a product which has a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the main product, then you will have to return the free product as well.

KMZee will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, KMZee would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can only cancel an order before it is shipped to your address as long as the cancel option is available on our Mobile Application or Website. This includes products purchased on offers as well. Any applicable amount paid will be instantly credited to your KMZee Wallet as Credits for future purchase on our Platform.
